Cancellation Policy

As much as we would like to give refunds and allow cancellations, we offer services, and the time spent on a project cannot be recovered.

Here is our cancellation policy:

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order or before the project begins. If the project has NOT started, we will issue a full refund of your payment.

• There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category. 

• Cancellation requests once the work has begun will not be entertained. 

• If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the service delivered, we will do our best to rectify and make 3 modifications, as applicable.

• Editing contracts cannot be cancelled once it has begun, and refunded once completed.

• Customers are advised to read the service descriptions thoroughly to set proper expectations. We will only accept accountability for the services stated in the service description. 

• If we fail to deliver on the agreed upon turnaround time, we will give you a 10% discount as a refund. This does not apply to editing projects where we cannot predict the amount of work needed.
