Cancellation and Refund Policy

As much as we would like to offer refunds and allow cancellations, our services involve time and effort that cannot be recovered. We strive to provide detailed service descriptions to ensure our clients know what to expect and understand our limitations.

Eligibility for Cancellation:

• Cancellations will be considered if requested within 24 hours of placing an order or before the project begins. If the project has not started, we will issue a full refund.
• Orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category cannot be canceled.

After Work Begins:

• Once work has begun, cancellation requests will not be entertained. Editing payments, once an editor's schedule has been blocked, are non-refundable but may be used for other services. This policy is in place because our editors turn away potential clients to accommodate your project, resulting in lost income for them.

Quality Assurance:

• If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the service, we will make up to three modifications as applicable to correct any issues. This does not apply to Editing.

Customer Responsibilities:

• Please read the service descriptions thoroughly to set proper expectations. We accept accountability only for the services explicitly stated in the service description.

Turnaround Time:

• If we are delayed for any reason, we will compensate with a free service. This does not apply to editing projects where the amount of work required cannot be predicted.
